If this isn’t enough…Champions Gate resort has the exclusive Oasis Club only 100 yards away from our back door. This is one of the best Club Houses around with (2) pools, a lazy river, restaurant, outdoor bars, inside movie theater, and much, much more. No need to drive and fight for a parking spot. There are two (2) King Suites on the first floor both with their own bathrooms. There are six (6) additional bedrooms, including (3) themed bedrooms on the second floor. All themed bedrooms have two (2) sets of bunk beds in each room including a total of (8) Twin Beds and (4) Double Beds. This house can accommodate 20 people depending on sleeping arrangements and mix of adults and children. Themed bedrooms include Moana, Monsters Inc and Star Wars decked out with LED lights and fun murals as seen in the pictures. There are several bathrooms upstairs for everyone to share. The garage area was renovated into an ARCADE room featuring Ski Alpine Racer, Time Crisis 4, Hydro Thunder, and Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift Racing to mention a few. Log into your own PS4 account or use the games we’ve already downloaded. We LOVE our house and we hope you will as well. Pillows, sheets and towels are provided, however we ask that you bring your own beach towels. Soaps, toilet paper and trash liners are provided UPON ARRIVAL ONLY to cover your first night of stay. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. We will do our best to keep all the games and equipment functioning, but technology and electronics occasionally do have issues. We are unable to provide any refunds if electronics, arcade games, consoles or other amenities or items are not functioning properly. Trash MUST be in garbage bags or waste management will not pick it up. We check the can outside after every trip and a 150$ fee will be charged for any loose garbage left in the can, since we will need to remove this all by hand. Owner (and any of his authorized representatives) is, by Florida law, allowed to enter home at any time if he/she suspects any actions that might breach this contract. Owner may also enter home to check A/C filters and for any other reason necessary to maintain security and comfort of guests or property. Guest(s) shall refrain from playing any musical instrument, radio, music system, entertainment system, or television set at a volume, which causes disturbance to the neighbors. Guest(s) shall refrain, and ensure his or her guests and invitees refrain, from any conduct, which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb the neighbors while on the premises. 5. Please follow posted parking laws in the neighborhood and do not park in neighbors’ driveways. 6. Please abide by the Pool Rules that are posted near the swimming pool. Guests must abide by all laws and ordinances of the state of Florida, County laws, and city laws. You are staying at this property and using the facilities at YOUR OWN RISK. 7. Please keep the pool gate closed at all times. Please do not prop open the pool screen door leading to the yard. We want to keep little ones safe around the pool and we need your help to do so. 8. All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older unless they are accompanied by their parents. You acknowledge and agree that use of WiFi/Internet services at the rental property (“Services”) is for personal use and agree not to use the Services in a manner prohibited by any federal or state law or regulation. Guests must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person renting and staying in the house. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Your new neighbors are intolerant of noise and will call the Police if you have parties or make loud noises. If the Police are called we may lose our permit to do vacation rentals; you will be immediately evicted, will lose your damage deposit, and may be held liable for consequential damages.
